The 18th Hillier garden centre opened at Syon Park in April 2021, occupying the site of an earlier Wyevale garden centre which closed in September 2019.
The site has a special significance for the family-owned business. Edwin Hillier, who founded the company in 1864, trained as a nurseryman at the Duke of Northumberland’s Syon Park estate.
