The bell tower doesn’t get a mention in the listed building description at https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1079080 ; it was added 31 years after the original construction https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_Arsenal_Gatehouse . The listing does, however, include the mortar: “On parapets of side abutments are mounted mortars with the Royal Cipher of George IV”
