TQ6972 : View towards Hope Reach

Viewed from a field edge which is not a public footpath, but that only became clear later! The apparent creek running right from the main river is an illusion. Most of it is a lake behind the sea wall resulting from gravel workings. The crop in the near field was rape – the cut stems are very spiky to walk on.
